Regina Thorp

Regina was a workshop speaker at the 2006 Because of Jesus Women’s Conference and served on the drama team at the 2007 BOJM Conference. She gave her heart to Jesus at the age of 5. However, after being molested by her pastor at age 12, she turned away from God. She rededicated her life when she was 19 and spent the next 16 years of her life working out her salvation, trying to be good enough for God’s blessings. At age 35, she heard the good news that she was righteous before God because of Jesus. It was hard for her to accept at first because it went against everything she had been taught. But today, she embraces who God says she is because of His precious Son, Jesus. Receiving His love has set her heart free. She has been in ministry for 20 years serving in areas of drama, youth ministry, and children’s ministry. Regina, and her husband, Barry, reside with their two sons, Caleb and Zach, in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
